The app is designed purposefully to be very simple with few distractions. If you have ADHD you probably have two zones of time urgency: Now and everything Not Now. That is how we designed the app. To capture every task that comes into your head...instantly, on any device. It gets added to a backlog and gives you the opportunity to prioritise 2 x key things to get Now. Its that simple. Lets face it. Anything more than this and wed get terribly overwhelmed and probably stop using the app after 3 days.

Widget feature - a digital post it note
You probably also have tons of post it notes in random places. We have created a widget mode to act as your digital post it note. Easy access from your home screen. Permanently visible what you are meant to be doing now and next. And one click away from adding or ticking off new tasks, with twolist you can capture tasks in the blink of an eye.

The dopamine reward list
We also keep a little list of everything you do tick off. To feed our brains the reward incentives it craves. Be a hero and crush your list. Your mental health will thank you later.
